Born in El Salvador, Jeremias came to San Francisco in 1999. His career started at Cafe Kati, working beside renown Chef Kirk Weber. Kirk was anointed the Godfather of Fusion by his fellow chefs. He infused Jeremias with the magic to blend East and West flavors with each ingredient. Jeremias landed his next opportunity for learning at Boulevard. He worked the line beside Jen Carroll from Top Chef and Nancy Oakes who won the James Beard Award in 2001. In 2004, Jeremias became Executive Chef at Catch restaurant for the past 19 years.
Jeremias is opening his first restaurant as the owner and chef. The menu consists of fresh pastas, risottos, soup and salads with a few appetizers and desserts. Paninis make up the rest of the menu with meat lovers and vegetarian options on fresh focaccia and ciabatta.
We will provide larger portions of our Pastas and Salads for your dining needs. You can call us to order dinner for 4 or more that is delivered in larger containers.
