Tucked in the heart of the Castro, just steps from the iconic Castro Theater,

our kitchen hums with something you can smell before you even open the

door — garlic softening in olive oil, fresh pasta hitting water, herbs pulled

from their stems moments before they meet the bowl.

This is not a place where sauces sit in pots waiting for someone to order

them. Here, your meal begins the moment you do. Dishes are made to

order, which means when your pasta arrives at the table, it arrived for you

—not for the table that ordered before you. For you!

We believe Italian cooking is, at its core, an act of honesty. We added our

own twist on some dishes and some remain the same as they were

centuries ago. You can’t fake a good ingredient. You can’t mask a mediocre

tomato with enough salt, or rescue a sauce built on shortcuts. So we don’t

take them. The ingredients we use are fresh, chosen carefully, and they

show up on your plate the way they should — vibrant, seasonal, and

tasting exactly like what they are. Our bread comes fresh daily from

Semifreddi’s. Each Panini Sandwich is hand crafted with freshness in mind.

Our Desserts, Sauces and Dressings are all made in House.

Jeremias is opening his first restaurant as the owner and chef. The menu consists of fresh pastas, risottos, soup and salads with a few appetizers and desserts. Paninis make up the rest of the menu with meat lovers and vegetarian options on fresh focaccia and ciabatta.
